BB&T's (Now Truist) Online Payment Service provides homeowners the convenience of making one-time payments online or enrolling in automatic payment by ACH through BB&T's Association Pay.

Important information for those who use their banks own online bill pay

When prompted to enter the new payee, You Must use the "Bill Pay Account Number", this number is the left most number on your payment coupon. This number is unique to you and will make sure your payment will be posted correctly to your account. See example: Example Statement (bbt.com)
